Memories of my Family

Hello everyone. Let me introduce myself. My name is Julie Lynn S. My birthday is August 16, 1973. I was born in London, Ontario. My parents names are Wendy and Joe . My grandparents names are Harold and Nora. My Granddad passed away before Christmas, My Granddad was a very important part of my life. When I was a little girl my grandfather would lift me up and put me in his ice truck and I would help my granddad sell ice. My granddad taught me lots of things. I would also brush my granddads hair. I can remember him always picking me up and putting me on his lap. I loved him very much. I will miss him. These are memories I will always remember.

Music

I love music and my favourite CD is Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat. Donny Osmond plays Joseph in this musical. I love Donny's music a lot. I belong to his fan club and whenever I get a chance to help out as a fan I do. They were going to cancel Pyramid a game show that Donny hosts. I helped with a petition to keep his show on TV. I got people to sign it. Because so many fans cared - Donny's game show was saved, These are some of the things I do for Donny's fan club. I have a couple of signed pictures from Donny and receive a newsletter written by Donny once a month. These things are very important to me.

Friendships that I treasure are my friends Laura and Bethany. We hang out
together and talk on the phone. We try to all get together and go out to lunch. Our favourite place is McDonalds. We always have fun and laugh a lot. We play Donny's CD in Bethany's car and sing along, It's nice to have great friends who care about you.

Accomplishments -What I am Proud of.

My drama club meets every Thursday. My drama teacher's name is Tom. We work very hard, At the moment we are watching and talking about movies that we want to work on, I have been in several plays in the past.
I played Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. I played the princess in Cinderella. I was also in a Christmas play "Twas the Night before Christmas". I love working on the computer. I meet at the computer club every Monday. My computer teachers name is John. John helped me set up an email account.

Favorite Memory

I went to a concert at Casino Rama. I went to see Donny Osmond. I went with Louise. It was an amazing concert. We had the best seats. I saved my money so I could buy a ticket. It was worth it. We stayed in a hotel overnight. My future wish is to go see Donny in concert again once his new album is released.

My motto is never give up on your dreams. If you wish for something and believe in it, it will come true. Be happy and have fun. I wish this for all of you. Thank you for reading my story.
