Emerging from a need to serve transitional aged youth leaving the Children´s Aid Society system, the Share Your Home program has been serving adults with developmental disabilities for nearly two years.
Beyond sharing a home, the Share Your Home program allows the individuals we support to share a life. As role model, mentor, support worker, roommate and friend, those who choose to share their home become examples to individuals who aspire to one day live on their own.

- Providers can be a single person, family or couple provided they have the right motivation and provide an appropriate environment
